Privacy Policy
Super Lyve is a private shared photo diary for small groups of friends. This policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used.
Information we handle
- Account identifier. The app creates an anonymous account automatically when you start using it. There is no email, password, phone number, or social sign-in.
- Profile. A display name and an optional profile picture that you choose. Other members of your diaries can see them.
- Diaries and content. Diary titles and descriptions, photos, captions, dates, moods, text entries, notes, comments, albums, and the list of members and invitation codes for each diary.
- Photos. Photos you choose or take are compressed and uploaded to be shared with the members of the diary you post them to.
- Reports and blocks. When you report content, the report is sent to the owner of the diary. Blocking a user hides that person's content for you.
- Support requests. If you send a message through the Support form, we store the topic, your message, any optional name or contact detail you enter, and basic technical details such as the page address, referrer, and browser type.
Camera and photos
The app asks for camera access only when you choose to take a photo, and uses the system photo picker when you choose photos from your library. Text-only entries do not need camera or photo access. Photos are used only to add them to your diaries.
How we use information
- To provide private diaries and share content with the members you invite.
- To keep diaries safe, including handling reports and blocks.
- To review and respond to support requests when a reply is possible.
We do not sell your information, and the app does not show advertisements or use advertising trackers.
Who can see your content
Content in a diary is visible only to the members of that diary. Anyone who joins a diary with a valid invitation code becomes a member, so share codes only with people you trust. Members can see the content you add, your display name, and your profile picture.
Storage on your device
Unfinished drafts, cached photos, and your safety preferences such as blocked users are stored on your device. You can clear cached photos from Settings.
Retention and deletion
Content stays in a diary until it is removed. You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete Account. Deleting your account removes your content and memberships. If you are the sole owner of a diary, you will be asked whether to delete that diary. Support requests are kept for as long as needed to review them.
Sharing
We share information only with the members of your diaries as described above, with service providers that store and deliver app data on our behalf, or when required by law.
Security
Access to diaries is limited to their members. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so please avoid adding information you are not comfortable sharing with your diary members.
Children's privacy
Super Lyve is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. Anyone under 18 must not use the app or submit information through it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
